Delivery costs

• Orders of R400 or more: free tracked delivery.
• Orders under R400: R65 tracked delivery.

The delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

• Processing: 1 to 3 business days
• South Africa: usually 7 to 14 business days from order

Every order ships with a tracking number, which we email to you once it's dispatched. Orders with two fans may arrive in separate parcels. Delivery can take longer around public holidays and in peak season (November and December).
