How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free and tracked to anywhere in South Africa. It usually takes 7–14 business days, and you get a tracking link when your order ships.
Will it catch my hair, braids or wig?
No. It's bladeless: the fan sits inside the band and the air comes out through vents, so there's nothing for hair to wrap around.
How cold does it get?
It moves air; it doesn't chill it like an aircon. It feels like a steady breeze on your neck and face, which makes a real difference when there's no wind.
How long does the battery last?
Roughly 1–3 hours on the classic colours and up to 4 hours on the metallic ones, depending on the speed. It charges in 1–2 hours by USB.
Can I get two different colours?
Yes. Choose "2 fans" and pick a colour for each. Two fans cost R799 in total.
What if it's faulty?
If it arrives damaged or stops working, we replace or refund it. Unused items can be returned within 14 days. See Returns & Refunds.
